At KWS we are pleased to offer both delivery and click & collect options. Details of each service are outlined below.

Due to current circumstances, we are currently not shipping outside of Ireland. Sorry for any inconvenience.

We strive to offer next-day delivery on all small items ordered before 12 PM. Typically, our average delivery time ranges between 3-5 working days, depending on the specific product.

In the unlikely event that you have not received your goods within seven days from the date you place your order, please contact us as soon as possible, on our phone number or email info@kws.ie

Click and Collect

Our click and collect service is free. Order online and collect in store.

If you chose click and collect as your preferred option, ensure you select the CORRECT STORE, either KILKENNY OR PORTLAOISE.

When you place your click and collect order you will receive an email confirmation stating your order has been placed you will then receive a second email confirmation and text message as soon as your items are ready for collection.

Please do not come to the store unless you have received a confirmation email stating your order is ready for collection.

Delivery Service

We deliver to all of Ireland and Northern Ireland.

*Note: Applies to all orders under 25KG

Please note, it is the customers responsibility to have a forklift available where necessary to unload any pallet deliveries placed.

All deliveries will be carried out during normal working hours which are Monday-Friday, excluding public and bank holidays.
