We at KWS will endeavour to provide as much information with the content of our products to allow you to make an informed decision on your purchase. We pride ourselves with high quality products that we supply to our customers.
However, we do of course understand that every product is not made equal and that sometimes there are cases where the product itself is not fit for the purpose intended. In this case, should you wish to return any product we will allow you to do so within 14 days of receiving the product. If this is the case please contact KWS on 056 7729949 or email info@kws.ie quoting your order number.
Returns that deviate the 14-day return period will be considered on a case by case basis. This is at the discretion of KWS Ltd.
All items that are returned must be returned in the same condition in which they were shipped, in their original packaging where possible and accompanied with the receipt of purchase. KWS Ltd. reserves the right to refuse a returned purchase, if it is deemed the item has been misused or damaged.
How to return Products:
- Email us at onlinesales@kws.ie or call us on 056 7729949 and state your order number.
- Place the unused item for return back in its original packaging, the manufacturers label should still be attached.
- Please do not tape or attach labels directly to the original retail packaging.
- We reserve the right to reject the return of goods which are not returned in accordance with our Returns Policy and we may request that you pay for the shipping of such goods back to you. Our returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
- The refund will automatically be issued when our team inspects the return and is happy with the item. Refunds will automatically be issued by the same payment method used to purchase the goods.
- Return shipping costs are non-refundable.
